Stabilization of the historic Vanatta Farm barn,  Harmony, NJ

Historic restoration of the 1850 Bodine Building at the corner of Main and Mine Streets,  Flemington, NJ

Consulted and nominated the award-winning 1759 J. Staats House, Hillsborough, NJ
for the Adaptive Reuse Award from the Somerset Cultural and Heritage Committee

Aided in the writing of a grant from the NJ Historic Preservation Trust Fund to begin restoration of the Smalley Theater at the
Princeton Development Center in Skillman, NJ

Sensitive dismantling and storage of the agricultural barn at the Historic Flemington Fairgrounds
